How do payments work?+
You top up the wallet, then each purchase is charged against that balance at the price shown on the confirm screen. Nothing is charged to a card at order time, and there is no subscription.
What happens when an order fails?+
The wallet gets it back. A background check catches an order that never delivered and credits it to your balance under its own order number. The one exception is an order the provider won't let us cancel; that one we settle by hand, and we email you about it.
Is my money safe here?+
It's a prepaid balance, so the most that is ever sitting here is whatever you chose to put in. Every movement in and out is recorded permanently, and you can trace any single figure back to the order it belongs to.
