1. Who we are

Awbit ("we", "us") is a digital-services platform operated by [Awbit legal entity], providing prepaid access to virtual phone numbers, gift cards, eSIM data plans, social-media services, airtime, data and bill payments (together, the "Services"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your password confidential and verify your email address before purchasing. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or unlawful activity.

3. Wallet and payments

The platform operates on a prepaid wallet. Funds you deposit are credited after our payment provider confirms receipt and can be spent on any Service. Wallet balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest and are not transferable between accounts.

Deposits are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms. Where a received amount differs from the requested amount, your wallet is credited with the amount actually received.

4. Orders, delivery and refunds

Orders are delivered automatically and charged to your wallet at the price shown before purchase. Where an order fails or expires undelivered, the charge is refunded to your wallet automatically. A virtual number that runs its full window without receiving a code is the usual example. Where a provider rejects our cancellation request the reversal cannot be made automatically; that order is held for manual review and settled by hand.

Delivered digital goods (received SMS codes, revealed gift-card codes, activated eSIMs, completed top-ups) are consumed on delivery and are not refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, evading sanctions, or violating the terms of the platforms you verify accounts on. We may refuse, reverse or report transactions that appear unlawful.

6. Availability

Services depend on upstream providers and carrier stock, which change in real time. We do not guarantee that any particular service, country or denomination is available at any time, and pricing may change without notice. The price shown at purchase is always the price charged.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awbit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the specific transaction giving rise to it, or the balance of your wallet, whichever is smaller.

8. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@awbit.io. We may offer to return any remaining verified wallet balance via your original payment method, less any processing costs, subject to fraud checks.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
