Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. What we collect

We collect account data (name, email address, and a phone number if you add one), transaction data (wallet deposits, orders, refunds) and technical data (IP address, device and usage information). All of it is used to run the platform and keep accounts safe from fraud.

2. What we use it for

To run your account and wallet, deliver your orders, send receipts and service notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments

Card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment providers. They never touch our servers, and all we get back is a confirmation and a reference.

4. Sharing

Order details are shared with the providers needed to deliver them (for example, the carrier issuing a virtual number). We also share data with payment companies, hosting and email providers under contract, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as financial-records and anti-fraud law requires. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to those obligations.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, wallet movements are kept in a permanent transaction record, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@awbit.io. If you are in Nigeria, you also have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), including the right to lodge a complaint with the NDPC.

8. Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

9. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes to this policy on the platform. Privacy questions: support@awbit.io.
