General
What is this platform?+
A prepaid naira wallet and five things to spend it on: virtual numbers for SMS verification, gift cards, travel eSIM data, social boosting, and airtime, data, TV and electricity. All five are live.
Is there a subscription or minimum balance?+
No. The account is free, and the only money that leaves your wallet is the price you saw at checkout.
How do I create an account?+
Name, email, password, then the 6-digit code we email you.
Do I get anything for inviting people?+
Yes. Your dashboard carries a referral code, and when someone signs up with it and makes their first qualifying deposit, both of you are credited. The reward and the deposit it takes to qualify are shown on the referral card itself, because both are adjustable.
Who do I contact when something goes wrong?+
Write to support@awbit.io with your order number (AWB-…) or deposit reference (DEP-…). Most failures reverse on their own, so look at your transaction history first; a person handles the ones that did not.
Wallet & payments
How do deposits work?+
You start a top-up from your dashboard and pay through our payment partner. The wallet is credited the moment that payment confirms, and the deposit keeps a DEP reference you can quote back at us.
My deposit hasn't reflected. Now what?+
Use the 'I've paid' button on the deposit page to re-check instantly. The platform also re-verifies pending deposits with the payment provider automatically, so a confirmed payment can't stay uncredited. If it still hasn't landed, email support with the DEP reference.
Where do refunds go?+
Into your wallet, spendable on any service, and written into your transaction history against the order that caused it. A partly delivered boost refunds the portion that never arrived, the same way. The rare order a provider refuses to cancel is settled by hand instead, and we contact you about that one.
Can I see every movement on my balance?+
Yes. Every deposit, purchase, refund and bonus, with its reference, the amount, and the balance after it.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?+
Wallet balances are for spending on the platform. If you ever need a balance returned, contact support; closures are handled manually with verification checks.
Virtual numbers
When does the code arrive?+
The number is allocated as soon as your wallet is charged, typically under five seconds. The code arrives whenever the app you're verifying sends it, and the order page shows it the moment it does.
What happens if no code arrives?+
The order runs on a countdown. If it reaches zero with nothing received, we cancel the number upstream and the charge is reversed to your wallet by itself. There is one case where that doesn't happen: if the carrier rejects our cancel, the order sits at expired and someone here settles it by hand, so if you'd rather not wait on that, mail support@awbit.io and quote the order number. You can also cancel yourself at any point before a code arrives.
Which services can I verify?+
Hundreds: Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord, Tinder, PayPal, OpenAI and most other platforms that send SMS codes. The in-dashboard catalog shows live stock per service and country.
Why do prices differ between services and countries?+
Carrier costs vary widely by country, and high-demand services (like Telegram or WhatsApp) price differently from niche ones. You always see the exact naira price for your specific combination before you confirm.
Can the number receive more than one message?+
Yes, while its window is open. Every SMS it receives is listed on the order page. There is no button here that asks the service to send another code, so trigger the resend from inside the app you're verifying.
Can I keep or reuse a number long-term?+
No. These are single-verification numbers with a short window, and when it closes the number goes back to the carrier. We don't rent numbers by the day or week.
Is using a virtual number allowed?+
Using one to keep your personal line private, or to test your own systems, is fine. The platform you're signing up to has its own terms and some of them restrict extra accounts. Checking that is on you. Numbers used for fraud get the account suspended.
How do I pay?+
From your prepaid naira wallet, in one click.
Where do refunds go?+
Back to your wallet, with the order number on the entry in your transaction history. Spend it on anything else here, or leave it sitting.
What if a country or service is out of stock?+
Stock moves through the day as carriers release and withdraw numbers. Try a nearby country, or come back in a few minutes. The catalog only lists what is available at that moment, so it looks different at 9am and 9pm.
Gift cards
How fast do I get my card?+
The code shows on the order page within seconds of payment, with a copy button and the PIN if the card carries one.
What if I close the tab before copying it?+
It stays on the order page. Log back in, open the order, copy it again.
Which card region should I pick?+
Match it to the account you're redeeming on. A US Amazon card works on a US Amazon account and gets rejected on a UK one. Every product page says which region its card is for.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?+
If an order fails before a code is issued, your wallet is refunded automatically. Once a code has been revealed it's live inventory and can't be returned, the same rule every issuer applies.
Are these codes legitimate?+
Yes. Cards come from official suppliers and every order is confirmed with the brand before it completes.
Do codes expire?+
Most major-brand codes don't expire, but store balances are governed by each issuer's terms, shown on the product page. Some regional cards do carry an expiry date, so read the one you're buying.
eSIM
When does the QR code show up?+
On the order page as soon as provisioning finishes, usually inside a minute. Install it at home and switch it on when you land.
Does my phone support eSIM?+
iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most recent Samsung flagships do. Check Settings → Cellular/Connections for an 'Add eSIM' option; your phone must also be unlocked to your carrier.
Do I keep my normal number?+
Yes. The eSIM handles data while your physical SIM stays in for calls and SMS, so bank OTPs still reach you abroad.
When does the plan start counting?+
Typically on first connection to a supported network at your destination, not at purchase. Install at home, activate on landing. Each plan's page states its exact validity rules.
Can I hotspot?+
Yes, on most plans. The ones that block it say so before you buy.
What if the QR won't install?+
The order page includes manual-entry details as a fallback, and support will walk you through it. Failed provisions that never activate are refunded to your wallet.
Airtime & bills
Are there extra fees?+
No. Face value, from your wallet.
What can I pay for?+
Airtime and data on MTN, Glo, Airtel and 9mobile. DSTV, GOtv, Startimes and Showmax. Prepaid and postpaid electricity for the major discos, plus Spectranet and Smile router data.
When does the token show up?+
On the receipt, as soon as the disco confirms the payment. Airtime and data land straight away; TV and electricity wait on the provider, which is usually quick and occasionally not.
What if I enter a wrong number?+
Meter and smart-card numbers are verified with the provider before you can pay, showing you the account holder's name. Airtime goes to exactly the number you type, so double-check it; delivered top-ups can't be recalled.
What happens if a payment fails?+
If the provider rejects it, the charge is reversed and the credit shows in your transaction history against that order number. If it neither completes nor fails, the order stays active on your dashboard while we keep checking with the provider.
Not answered here? Email support with your order number and we'll look it up.
Social boost
How long does an order take?+
It goes to the network the moment you confirm it, then fills gradually. Small quantities can finish the same day; big ones are spread over days on purpose, because a sudden jump is exactly what platforms look for. The order page shows how many units have landed while it runs.
Do you need my password?+
No. It runs off the public link to your profile or post.
Is my account safe?+
Delivery is gradual and comes through public interactions, which is the gentlest way to do this. Every platform's terms still treat purchased engagement differently, and enforcement is theirs to decide. If the account pays your bills, weigh that before you order.
What if only part of it delivers?+
The undelivered part is refunded to your wallet at the same per-unit price you paid, and the transaction line says how many of your units never landed.
How is the price worked out?+
Per 1,000 units. Order 2,000 and you pay twice the quoted rate; the total sits on screen before you confirm.
