Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

The short version

If an order fails or never delivers, the full charge goes back to your wallet automatically. You don't need to ask. Once in a while a provider refuses our cancellation request and the reversal cannot happen on its own; that order is held for manual review and settled by hand, and we email you when it's done. Delivered digital goods (a received code, a redeemed card, a completed top-up) are final, because they can't be un-delivered. Refunds always go to your Awbit wallet instantly, and you'll see them in your transaction history.

1. Automatic refunds

Every order is re-checked against its provider every few minutes, whether or not you are watching. A refund is issued automatically, with no support contact needed, when:

  • a virtual number expires without receiving any verification code;
  • you cancel an unused virtual number within its cancellation window;
  • an order fails before it reaches the provider, or the provider rejects it;
  • a provider refunds an order on their side; we pass it through to you in full.

Automatic refunds credit your wallet the moment the failure is confirmed and appear in your transaction history referencing the order.

2. What isn't refundable

  • Delivered verification codes. Once a code has arrived on your order, the service was rendered.
  • Revealed gift card codes. Once revealed, a code is live inventory. No issuer takes those back and neither can we.
  • Completed top-ups and bill payments. Airtime, data, tokens and renewals delivered to the number or account you entered are final. Check the phone number, meter or smartcard before you pay.
  • Orders after a resend. Requesting a code resend on a virtual number waives its automatic-refund eligibility.

3. Deposits

Deposits are verified directly with the payment provider before your wallet is credited. If you paid but your balance hasn't updated, use the "I've paid" check on the deposit page; the platform also re-verifies pending deposits automatically. A confirmed payment that cannot be matched to your account is held for manual review rather than discarded; contact support@awbit.io with your payment details and DEP reference and we'll locate it.

4. Wallet balance returns

Wallet funds are intended for spending on the platform. If you want an unspent balance returned to your bank account, contact support from your registered email. Returns go to the payment method that funded the wallet, may take 3–10 business days depending on the processor, and are subject to identity and anti-fraud checks. Processor fees already incurred may be deducted.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

Talk to us first. Most questions are answered by the transaction history in your account, where every deposit, order and refund is listed against the order that caused it. Raising a card chargeback on a deposit while the balance has already been spent is treated as fraud and leads to account suspension. We respond to all legitimate disputes with full transaction records.
